How are the posters packaged for shipping?
To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, we roll our posters in protective tissue paper and ship them inside heavy-duty reinforced cardboard tubes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
Can I return my poster if I change my mind?
We want you to love your walls. If you are not satisfied, you can return your undamaged poster within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are the frames included with the posters?
Currently, we sell our prints unframed to keep shipping costs low and allow you to choose a frame that best matches your home decor. Our posters are designed to fit standard frame sizes.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team immediately with a photo of the damaged packaging and print. We will ship out a replacement to you free of charge.
